Diamond sharpening rod
The core of the rod is made of solid stainless steel and has been coated with industrial diamonds. The extremely small grain of the diamonds guarantees a smooth, sharp edge. In addition, a hard chrome coating has been applied, giving the sharpening rod greater wear resistance.
Unlike sharpening steels, dull knives can also be sharpened with ceramic or diamond sharpening rods. However, if your knives have larger chipping or are extremely dull, we should first grind them professionally in our workshop. Then you will have a basic grind again that you can keep sharp yourself at home.
