Some pens you buy. Some pens you keep. The Ansø Pen belongs to the second category — though you'll only realize that the moment you pick it up.
You probably know Jens Ansø as a Danish knife designer — someone whose work is defined by clean lines, functional forms, and the deliberate absence of anything unnecessary. That same design language is what drives the Ansø Pen, his first writing instrument. The slim 8 mm profile, the consistently straight body, the precision-threaded cap: if you know Ansø's folders, you'll recognize the handwriting immediately. And if you've ever held a Rotring 600, you'll get that déjà-vu too — that clear, technical geometry where form and function sit so close together you can't tell where one ends and the other begins.
The pen is machined in Texas by Tactile Turn, one of the few US manufacturers who truly understand precision machining in the EDC space. The result is a writing instrument built from solid material — either titanium at 19.2 g or brass at 33.5 g, with the Aged Brass variant arriving with a warm, lived-in finish that looks like yours from day one. The 40 mm knurled grip section keeps things exactly where they should be, even after an hour of sketching — not by accident, but by the same ergonomic thinking that goes into every Ansø blade: comfort that doesn't announce itself, but disappears the moment it's gone.
It ships with a Japanese OHTO PS-105NP gel refill (blue) — writes clean, no skipping, no bleeding. If you prefer Schmidt 9000 G2-compatible refills, swapping is straightforward. 135 mm total length, threaded cap, milled clip — this pen is built for your pocket, your carry pouch, or your shirt pocket.
Titanium or brass? Titanium is lighter, harder, more durable — classic EDC logic. Brass brings weight, a denser feel in hand, and a patina that develops in a way titanium never will. Aged Brass gives you a head start right out of the box.
Who's it for? Anyone who stopped compromising on their carry a long time ago — and eventually noticed that the cheap ballpoint rattling around in their jacket pocket didn't quite fit anymore.

(Most) knives are not made for prying. Therefore, Prybars are becoming increasingly more popular in the EDC scene. With these little pocket tools, you can pry at will without having to worry about a knife blade.
Vero Engineering has come up with an extremely well thought-out answer to theese problems in the form of the Fulcrum. The prybar is milled entirely from lightweight titanium, weighs a mere 42 grams and is hardly noticeable in the pocket thanks to the flat clip. The most brilliant thing about the Fulcrum is the possibility of carrying two micro-bits by held by two O-rings, which can be inserted on the top of the clip. baslcially you not only have a pry tool, but also a bit holder at the same time.
By the way, the bits come from Wiha in Germany. This owner-managed company, is one of the leading tool manufacturers in the world and stands with its name for the highest quality. In the holder for the bits sits a small neodymium magnet, which ensures a secure hold.
To bring a little color into play, the Fulcrum Prybars are available with different colored anodized clips.

The Big Idea Design Bolt Action Marker is essentially a permanent marker – just built the way you’d want it as an EDC tool.
No plastic body, no cap that disappears after a week. Instead, you get a solid metal construction with a bolt-action mechanism – that same satisfying “click” you usually only get from high-end EDC pens.
Inside, it runs on inserts from retractable Sharpie permanent markers. No proprietary refills, no hassle. When it runs dry, you just swap the insert and keep going.
The internal sealing system is what makes this work. It keeps the refill from drying out, even though there’s no traditional cap.
Refill changes are tool-free thanks to the magnetic tip. Everything stays in place, nothing rattles around.
Add a deep carry clip, and this is something you actually carry – not just leave on your desk.
Workshop, warehouse, cardboard, cables, wood, quick marks on the go – this isn’t a marker you lose in a drawer. It’s a refillable tool for people who are done with disposable gear.

Erbe Tradition Safety Razor
This is how our grandfathers used to shave. For a reason.
For a long time, classic wet shaving was simply part of everyday life. Calm, focused, and done with tools made for long-term use.
The Erbe Tradition Safety Razor is an elegant, chrome-plated safety razor designed for classic wet shaving. Made in Solingen, it is reduced to what matters most: metal, weight, and a precisely guided blade.
The longitudinal groove design on the handle ensures a secure grip, even with wet hands. Its balanced weight supports steady control without the need to apply pressure.
The blade holder is opened via a twist mechanism at the end of the handle, allowing the blade to be securely fixed and easily replaced. The blade sits at the correct angle for consistent results.
The closed comb guides the blade smoothly over the skin and limits direct contact with the cutting edge. This allows for a close shave while remaining gentle on the skin.
The razor uses classic, standard double-edge razor blades, which are usable on both sides. Once one edge is used, the blade can simply be turned over and used again – efficient, clean, and consistent.
No mechanics, no moving parts, no plastic. Just metal, blade, and handling.
Made in Solingen by Erbe.
How to use
Apply shaving cream or shaving soap evenly to the face.
Shave carefully in the direction of hair growth.
After shaving, rinse the blade thoroughly under running water.
To change the blade, open the blade holder using the twist mechanism at the end of the handle and replace the blade carefully.
At a glance
Chrome-plated safety razor for classic wet shaving
Grooved handle for a secure grip
Closed comb for controlled, close shaving
Uses classic, double-sided double-edge razor blades
Easy blade change via twist mechanism
After shaving comes care.
The Sandalwood Aftershave Lotion by Taylor of Old Bond Street delivers the perfect balance of freshness, warmth and classic elegance.

Pocket-Sized Art
Some pens are just writing tools. The Abstract Pen by Tactile Turn is more like a tiny canvas for your pocket. For this Seasonal Release, a white Cerakote base was chosen – and then the control was deliberately let go: black splatter is applied by hand. No pattern repeats, and no two pens are alike. What you see is entirely up to you – a Rorschach test, streetwear vibes, modern art, or maybe even 101 Dalmatians. That’s exactly the idea.
At its core is the proven Titanium Bolt Action Pen, fully made in the USA – from the body to the final assembly. You can feel the quality immediately: precisely machined, with a smooth, zero-play Bolt-Action mechanism. The bolt and internal components are DLC-coated – extremely hard, highly durable, and giving that premium, mechanical feel you won’t want to put down.
As a contrast to the black-and-white splatter, you can choose colored accents on the end piece: Black, Red, Blue, or Yellow. A small detail with surprisingly big impact. The Abstract Pen is available in Standard or Short versions – depending on whether you want a “full-sized pen” or a compact, always-ready pocket companion.
The Cerakote coating is more than just color. It’s an extremely durable ceramic finish, originally developed for heavy-duty use – including modern firearms manufacturing. This means it looks special and truly stands up to everyday wear.

Tactile Turn Switch Stonewashed Pen – Titanium, Nostalgia and True EDC Feel
There’s a certain moment when an old toggle switch snaps into place. That satisfying, mechanical click. Honest. Direct. That’s exactly the feeling the Tactile Turn Switch brings back. No classic bolt. No ordinary click mechanism. Instead, a sliding switch inspired by vintage hardware — nostalgic in spirit, addictive in use.
Machined from solid titanium and finished in stonewashed texture, the Switch carries that tool-forward aesthetic EDC enthusiasts appreciate. The surface has a subtle, worn-in character, offers natural grip, and handles everyday wear with ease. Minor marks simply blend into the finish. This isn’t polished for display — it’s built to be used.
Fully disassemblable and serviceable, precision-made in the USA, the Switch is engineered so the mechanism doesn’t just function — it delivers experience. The defined resistance. The deliberate snap into place. That controlled mechanical feel. It’s intentional.
The Tactile Turn Switch Stonewashed is available in two sizes. The Standard version measures approximately 5.6 inches and is compatible with Pilot G2 refills. It offers a slightly longer body and a balanced, full-size writing feel — ideal for extended writing sessions or larger hands. The Short version comes in at about 5.3 inches, uses Parker-style refills such as the Schmidt EasyFlow 9000, and fits perfectly into compact, minimalist EDC setups. Both versions share the same build quality and mechanism — the choice comes down to personal preference.
If you’re looking for a titanium EDC pen that does more than just write — one that delivers tactile feedback and mechanical satisfaction — the Switch is a strong contender. Available from Knife Lounge in Hamburg, online with fast shipping throughout Germany and the EU, or directly in-store.
The Tactile Turn Switch Stonewashed is for detail junkies, mechanical nerds, and anyone who pauses for a second when they see precisely machined titanium. For those who know a great pen can carry just as much character as a great knife — just with ink instead of an edge.
