Guething Knives Micro Chit TitaniumBead made of titanium grade 5Made by Thomas Guething in ColoradoSome people build model trains in their garage. C. Thomas Guething? He builds his own CNC machine - and programs it himself. Since 2019, he has been manufacturing sophisticated EDC gadgets in Colorado under the name Guething Knives that look like they come straight from the future.
What began as a fascination for knives quickly became a serious hobby - and eventually a small but fine one-man manufactory. Thomas designs everything digitally, loves precise lines, futuristic shapes - and above all hexagons. His best-known design is the Micro Chit - a small piece of titanium that is somewhere between a piece of jewelry, a hand flatterer and a statement object. Inspired by his love of geometric perfection, the Chit is more than just a bead: It is a stylish accessory for a key ring, zipper or lanyard that no EDC collection should be without.Dimensions:Width (edge to edge): 19 mmWidest point: 21 mmThickness: 5.8 mmSupplied with one O-ring.Place two O-rings in the middle of two chits as spacers and get an ultimate double chit.
3D printed Bitdriver Set made of PLA-CF1x Driver with VXB bearings and 1x ThumbdriverIncludes : 2x T8, 1x T6, and 1x T10 WIHA bitsThe Guething EDC Mini Driver is a cleverly designed thumb screwdriver - developed in Fusion360, printed from robust PLA carbon fiber composite material on a Bambu X1 Carbon 3D printer, with a fine resolution 0.12 mm layer thickness. The whole thing is assembled by hand in Denver, Colorado. Inside sits a sealed VXB ball bearing that provides surprisingly smooth spin - yes, this thing has fidget potential. The magnetic bit holder (¼-inch hex) is so precisely tuned that the bits hardly have any play. And because it's supposed to be practical, the whole thing comes in a 3D-printed organizer with magnetic slots - safely and neatly stowed away in a compact plastic box.
Included are four Wiha bits (2x T8, 1x T6, 1x T10) - on request, one of the T8s can be swapped for an additional T10 (particularly popular with Balisong fans). Ideal for light work on knives, electronics or small mechanics.
