Go BIC or go home…? Not anymore. When Big Idea Design teams up with Knafs to tackle something as humble as the everyday pen, you just know it’s going to be good.
Enter the Sancho Pen. Everyone knows it – that legendary BIC pen. Clear plastic body, blue clip, a ballpoint refill that somehow always worked. Whether in school, at the office, or being nervously chewed during a boring lecture – the BIC was always there. It was never pretty, never premium, but somehow… immortal.
And let’s be honest: we’ve all tried to pry something open with the cap, launched the barrel across the room, or stabbed a classmate with the ink cartridge. Pure nostalgia. And that’s exactly where Big Idea x Knafs steps in – but with style, substance, and a healthy dose of engineering brilliance.
The mission: Make the BIC better. Way better.
Forget cheap plastic – this one comes in titanium or brass. And instead of a throwaway pen, the Sancho is a pocket-sized multitool in disguise. Because with Ben Petersen, it’s never just about the vibes – it’s about usefulness, too: - Built-in tweezers – for that splinter you picked up during your latest DIY project - A hidden toothpick – because good style includes good hygiene - Replaceable refill – writing is still the main event, after all So basically: The BIC pen—reborn for the apocalypse.

Single Lock
Available in 3 sizes Single Lock or Double Lock Right-handed version Made in the USATiButton pens are among the most innovative writing instruments in the world. This is mainly due to their unique locking mechanism. Safety first! It all started with this pen: Lee Nottingham redesigned his TIClicker to create what is probably the best-known and most widely used ballpoint pen refill ever. We are, of course, talking about the incredibly popular Parker refill, which is now available in countless versions from even more manufacturers. However, this version is not the TiClicker, but the TiButton. What is the difference? Basically, they are identical pens, but with one important difference: the TiButton has a clever safety feature. Maybe it's happened to you before: you're carrying your EDC pen clipped into your pocket, where your wallet is also located. When you reach into your pocket, you accidentally push the ballpoint pen refill forward, and less than 60 minutes later, you have a wonderfully creatively painted inside of your favorite jeans. Nobody needs that! This won't happen with the TiButton from Nottingham. Double Lock This version has an additional safety button on the right side of the pocket clip. The refill can only be extended or retracted when this button is pressed – a kind of “safety mode” for your pen. This prevents the mechanism from being triggered accidentally, e.g. when the pen is in your pocket or a work vest. Single Lock The Single Lock version works in a similar way – but here the button only protects the refill when it is retracted. This means that you can click as usual to extend the refill, but you have to press the button to retract it.
Stripped down to the essentials. Built to last.
The Base Line Pen is everything a good EDC pen should be: clean, functional, and tough as nails – machined from solid metal and made to be used, not just admired.
One of our favorite features is the SnapCap – or as we say here in Germany: Schnappkappe. (Yeah, it sounds kind of boring in German, but trust us: the click is incredibly satisfying.) Whether you're writing notes or just fidgeting, this cap delivers.
It comes pre-installed with a super-smooth Schneider Gelion 39 gel refill, and if you prefer something else: the Base Line is compatible with all Parker-style refills – from Schmidt EasyFlow to Fisher Space Pen (with adapter).
Available in three materials:
Titanium – lightweight, nearly indestructible, always cool
Brass – develops a beautiful patina over time
Copper – alive, reactive, and full of character
Details:
SnapCap (aka Schnappkappe) with a satisfying click
CNC-machined from Grade 5 titanium, brass or copper
Includes Schneider Gelion 39 gel refill
Compatible with Parker-style refills (e.g. Schmidt EasyFlow, Parker Quinkflow, Fisher Space Pen with adapter)
Lifetime warranty from the manufacturer
Bottom line:
A seriously solid pen – perfect for your desk, your backpack, and everyday carry. No gimmicks. Just a damn good writing tool.

Welcome to the golden age of the 16-bit revolution – chunky keyboards, flickering CRT monitors, and games you played with just two buttons and a thumb. Welcome back to the early ’80s.
Tactile Turn and Tactile Knife are paying tribute to this iconic era with the limited 16-Bit Edition of the Bexar Slipjoint and Side Click Pen – both finished with a stunning, hand-applied Cerakote that looks like Mario, Donkey Kong, and Tetris teamed up for a design workshop. 🎮 Highlights of the 16-Bit Edition: • 💾 Retro-inspired details that’ll make any nerd heart skip a beat • 🛠️ Hand-finished Cerakote coating – precise like a classic NES controller • 🔒 The Bexar Slipjoint: Minimalist form meets pixel-powered flair • 🖊 The Side Click Pen: Like writing on a C64 – only way smoother Whether you used floppy disks back in the day or just sabotaged your parents’ modem to play Prince of Persia, this duo brings nostalgia and high-end craftsmanship into perfect sync.

Toggle Switch Magic in Titanium
Remember those little toggle switches that always felt like the beginning of an adventure? When we sat in homemade cardboard helicopters and flipped the switch before takeoff—off on a secret mission. Or later, on stage, in the garage, with the band. The amp only came to life with that toggle switch.
That exact feeling is what the Switch Pen by Tactile Turn brings back.
✔ Titanium body with fine machined grooves
✔ Stonewashed titanium clip
✔ Uses the popular Schmidt Easy Flow 9000 refill
✔ Length: 5.34" / Weight: 0.93 oz / Diameter: 0.365"
The iconic steel toggle isn’t just a visual highlight—it’s a time machine. Every time you flip it, you hear that satisfying clack and for a second, you’re a kid again. Or a rockstar. Or both.
But don’t worry: this pen is far more than just a nostalgic gimmick. Made in Texas from solid titanium, just like we’ve come to expect from Tactile Turn. Lightly machined grooves add grip and style.
✔ Iconic steel toggle with serious cult vibes
