Some pens are just writing tools. The Abstract Pen by Tactile Turn is more like a tiny canvas for your pocket. For this Seasonal Release, a white Cerakote base was chosen – and then the control was deliberately let go: black splatter is applied by hand. No pattern repeats, and no two pens are alike. What you see is entirely up to you – a Rorschach test, streetwear vibes, modern art, or maybe even 101 Dalmatians. That’s exactly the idea.
At its core is the proven Titanium Bolt Action Pen, fully made in the USA – from the body to the final assembly. You can feel the quality immediately: precisely machined, with a smooth, zero-play Bolt-Action mechanism. The bolt and internal components are DLC-coated – extremely hard, highly durable, and giving that premium, mechanical feel you won’t want to put down.
As a contrast to the black-and-white splatter, you can choose colored accents on the end piece: Black, Red, Blue, or Yellow. A small detail with surprisingly big impact. The Abstract Pen is available in Standard or Short versions – depending on whether you want a “full-sized pen” or a compact, always-ready pocket companion.
The Cerakote coating is more than just color. It’s an extremely durable ceramic finish, originally developed for heavy-duty use – including modern firearms manufacturing. This means it looks special and truly stands up to everyday wear.
