Blademaster DeLuxe Octopus
Cooper Custom in collaboration with engraver Florian Güllert have once again delivered a true work of art. The Blademaster DeLuxe Octopus is an absolute masterpiece!

A Victorinox XLT, a Tinker and a Compact served as the basis for this special model. The three completely different blades are a nod to the versatility of the oldest tool in human history. In addition, there are scissors, the Philips screwdriver, as well as a cap lifter and a small slotted screwdriver. The Cooper custom logo has been laser engraved on the large blade.

The handle scales (model 91.1) are from Daily Customs in Hamburg and were engraved both by machine and by hand by Florian Güllert. Florian is one of the most sought-after engravers in Europe and provides some breathtaking insights into his work on his Instagram account. The engraving shows an octopus moving through the sea with enchanting elegance, its shape wonderfully adapted to the contour of the handle scales. Another special feature is hidden in the type of engraving: to give the motif a special depth, Florian Güllert has chosen three different levels on which the material was processed. This makes the knife not only visually but also haptically an experience. The basic engraving was done by machine, which does not mean that a standardized CNC or laser process was used here. The subsequent details were all engraved by hand, which requires an incredibly precise eye and a lot of experience. Charging in different shades of blue, the Timascus inlay looks as if it were a window into the depths of the ocean and completes the motif perfectly.

Like all Cooper Custom models, the Blademaster DeLuxe Octopus is assembled and finished entirely by hand.
