GiantMouse Santoku – Red G10
The santoku is a versatile kitchen knife of Japanese origin, widely used for slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables, fish, and meat. Its shorter, wider blade profile offers a balanced and controlled cutting experience.
The GiantMouse Santoku is designed to support this style of work. The stonewashed Nitro-B steel blade provides a solid balance of edge retention, durability, and easy maintenance, making it well suited for precise, everyday kitchen tasks.
Balance and ergonomics were carefully considered to ensure calm, controlled handling. The red G10 handle is durable, moisture-resistant, and offers a secure grip, while adding a clean, modern visual accent.
Developed from practical kitchen experience and tested in daily use, this santoku is a functional alternative to a classic chef knife, especially for those who prefer the characteristic Japanese blade shape.
Care: Hand wash only. Clean with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not place in the dishwasher.

Warning / Safety Notice:
Risk of cuts: The most common hazard when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can easily penetrate skin and tissue.
Blade slippage: Improper handling or applying excessive force may cause the knife to slip, leading to uncontrolled movements and potential injury.
Injuries from falling knives: Knives should never be left unsecured or placed near the edge of tables or work surfaces, as they may fall and cause injury.
Dull blades: Dull knives pose a higher risk of injury, as they require more force and are more likely to slip. Knives should therefore be sharpened regularly and properly.
Improper use: Using a knife for purposes other than its intended use (e.g. as a prying tool) can damage the blade and may result in accidents.
