How do you make an already almost perfect EDC fixed blade just a little bit better? Simple: with a well-thought-out upgrade. For the GiantMouse GMF1, there are now three new handle scale options that focus exactly on what matters in everyday use – how the knife feels in hand.

Because the true performance of a small fixed blade only shows itself in real use. This is where the new GiantMouse scales really shine. Despite their slim profile, they add noticeably more grip and volume. The result: more control, more confidence, and simply a better feel in hand – especially during extended use. Your GMF1 stays compact, but feels distinctly more “grown-up”.

When it comes to materials, the choice is yours: Green Micarta for a classic, understated look; Burlap Micarta with a coarse jute texture and bold appearance; or Titanium with a diagonal milled pattern that is both grippy and surprisingly smooth. Each option brings its own character without compromising the knife’s clean lines.

Installation is straightforward: screws and the appropriate tool are included, allowing you to mount the scales quickly and easily yourself. This turns the ultra-slim EDC fixed blade into a true long-term workhorse in no time.

Please note:
These handle scales fit both the GMF1 and the GMF1 Fat. After installation, they are not compatible with the original Kydex sheath.

Ist ok

Die GM-Schalen für das GMF 1 aus Burlap-Micarta sind ok. Passmaß ist sehr gut. Verarbeitungsqualität im Verhältnis zum Preis eher nicht. (meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr als 40 € wert). Ein Gewinde einer der beiden Befestigungshülsen ist nicht gut. Habe nur eine befestigt, das reicht aus. Habe noch ein Lanyard als Griffverlängerung montiert. Haptik ist ganz gut. Verarbeitungsqualität: ☆☆☆ Passmaß: ☆☆☆☆☆ Haptik: ☆☆☆☆ Preis: ☆ Lieferzeit: ☆☆☆☆☆+

GiantMouse GMF1-FS Does it always have to be a folding knife?  We say: No! In recent years, one type of knife has become particularly popular: the small pocket fixed blade. With the GiantMouse GMF1-FS you get a small but incredibly sturdy knife that comes with a well fitted, hand made in Italy leather sheath to carry in your pocket or on the belt. With a total length of only 138 mm and its low weight, this small fixed blade knife hardly takes up any space. The entire knife is milled from one solid piece of Böhler M390 steel.The highly rust-resistant steel alloy has the ability to hold an edge for a very long time. While still being relatively easily to resharpen the GMF1-FS can master the cutting tasks of everyday life with flying colors. The skeletonized handle of the GMF1 has deliberately not been equipped with scales, which of course has a positive effect on weight cutting, but also allows you to apply a Paracord wrapping of your choice. Thanks to the slightly curved handle, the GMF1-FS fits very well in the hand - only very large hands might have difficulties here and could use a lanyard for additional support.

GiantMouse GMF1 Fat Version  Would you like some more? No problem. The GMF1-F goes one step further and comes with 5 mm of blade thickness. But not only that has been changed: they used Böhler's M390 Microclean as blade steel, which is considered the ultimate supersteel in today's production knife world.Together with the PVD coated and stonewashed finish you get slightly more tactical looking version of the GMF1-Classic.
