The GiantMouse Bread Knife is designed for regular kitchen use. The stonewashed Nitro-B steel blade offers durability and reliable edge retention, slicing smoothly through crusty artisan loaves, soft brioche, or dense bagels.
Functionality and control were key priorities in the design. The knife feels balanced in hand and remains easy to guide during longer cutting tasks. The red G10 handle is durable, moisture-resistant, and provides a secure grip.
Developed from practical kitchen experience and tested in everyday use, this bread knife is a dependable kitchen tool for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between.
Care: Hand wash only. Clean with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not place in the dishwasher.
