Before we begin with your repair or restoration, we will prepare a detailed cost estimate for you. This way, you know in advance exactly which work will be required and what costs may arise.

What’s included?

• Service fee: €25
• Shipping to us (within Germany): You will receive a return label from us (insured up to €500). Valid only within Germany.
• Credit: €20 will be credited if you place a repair/restoration order.

Important notes

• Only inbound shipping included: Return shipping back to you is not included and will be charged separately according to actual costs.
• Higher item value: If your item is worth more than €500, please contact us in advance – we will arrange higher transport insurance for you.
• Scope: Applies to repairs and restorations carried out in our master workshop in Hamburg.

Process

1. Add this item to your cart and complete the order.
2. You will receive your return label via e-mail for shipping to us.
3. We will examine your item and send you the cost estimate. If you proceed with the order, €20 will be credited.

Will the full fee be credited?
No. The fee is €25; €20 will be credited towards the order. €5 cover our administrative costs.

Is return shipping included?
No, return shipping to you is not included. It will be arranged separately with you and charged according to the chosen insurance level.
