For the blade, Victorinox use this time the very rust-resistant 440C steel; the blade is available both with and without serrations.

The liner lock ensures that the sharp edge does not accidentally flap on the fingers. So even on the road safe preparation of food is no problem. The plastic handles are absolutely insensitive to heat or fruit acid and can be easily washed.

With a weight of only 42 grams, the vegetable rattle should not be missing in any backpack.
