GiantMouse Chef Knife – Red G10
The chef knife is considered the most important knife in a Western kitchen. It is used for the majority of cutting tasks, from chopping vegetables to slicing meat and handling more precise prep work.
The GiantMouse Chef Knife is designed for this wide range of everyday kitchen tasks. The stonewashed Nitro-B steel blade offers a balanced combination of edge retention, durability, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for slicing, dicing, chopping, and filleting.
Ergonomics and balance were carefully considered to ensure controlled, comfortable handling, even during longer prep sessions. The red G10 handle is durable, moisture-resistant, and provides a secure grip, while adding a clean, modern visual accent.
Developed from practical kitchen experience and extensively tested in daily use, this chef knife is a reliable, well-thought-out tool built for regular cooking rather than display.
Care: Hand wash only. Clean with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not place in the dishwasher.

Warning / Safety Notice:
Risk of cuts: The most common hazard when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can easily penetrate skin and tissue.
Blade slippage: Improper handling or applying excessive force may cause the knife to slip, leading to uncontrolled movements and potential injury.
Injuries from falling knives: Knives should never be left unsecured or placed near the edge of tables or work surfaces, as they may fall and cause injury.
Dull blades: Dull knives pose a higher risk of injury, as they require more force and are more likely to slip. Knives should therefore be sharpened regularly and properly.
Improper use: Using a knife for purposes other than its intended use (e.g. as a prying tool) can damage the blade and may result in accidents.
