The Big Idea Design Bolt Action Marker is essentially a permanent marker – just built the way you’d want it as an EDC tool.

No plastic body, no cap that disappears after a week. Instead, you get a solid metal construction with a bolt-action mechanism – that same satisfying “click” you usually only get from high-end EDC pens.

Inside, it runs on inserts from retractable Sharpie permanent markers. No proprietary refills, no hassle. When it runs dry, you just swap the insert and keep going.

The internal sealing system is what makes this work. It keeps the refill from drying out, even though there’s no traditional cap.

Refill changes are tool-free thanks to the magnetic tip. Everything stays in place, nothing rattles around.
